Fabric Developer Docs

The current public beta is one authenticated local cognition connector. It combines the continuously refreshed Indexer graph for one explicit project with governed Fractal memory, provenance, correction, and recall. A Cognisos account and browser sign-in are required; the credential remains in the OS keychain.

Connectors

Getting started

The fastest path is:

cd /path/to/your/project
npx -y @cognisos/fabric-mcp@beta setup

Then restart the client and verify one fabric connector exposes both fabric_* and fractal_* tools. The Fabric Code Indexer daemon is required; the separate Fractal background capture daemon is optional and off by default.
